age beautifully and are a very significant part of this creative bravura.

this hip sling can be worn in front, on the side, or in the rear. 

she is a true multi-functional piece as, the belt can be removed

and worn separately, the pouch can be used as a clutch, or of course, 

sling it all together and away you go.  

in this layout the FANETTE is shown in a dark chocolate 

and can be made to order in a variety of colors, depending on current

color availability.

THE QUILTED MIEL SATCHEL

without adieu... i am pleased to introduce the QUILTED MIEL SATCHEL, which is the latest

design in the SITALISA MARIE collection. a consummate of modern/vintage flair... flaunting some serious High Art, Wearable Coolitude!

i have begun to work with new sides of leather... my design repertoire is rapidly maturing and i have really been feeling the need to introduce work that is entirely from scratch ~ my design mind loves loves loves to create something stellar out of nothing.  i will still be offering the vintage coat re-made collection, for all kinds of reasons.

the QUILTED MIEL is made of  4 oz.taupe, nappa leather, which only gets better and better as it ages. let me tell you it is a true pleasure to work with, and it is an even greater pleasure to wear and use. 

can we chat hardware for a moment? see those gorgeous little metal circle on the bag up there? well, those are all hand hammered brass and copper rivets, pounded out with tons of love, by yours truly, on my anvil. i challenge you to find a bag on the market with such attention to detail... it's like having rugged jewels that have been excavated from pompeii, right there on your bag. Hand hammered metal... another feature that gets better and better as it ages.  you probably also noticed the bull ring buckle, right? which means this satchel is wearable for one and all. bet you also noticed the button stud closure on the hand quilted radial front flap too.  there is a D ring on the front flat, and let me just say, that is not just a random design choice... the gal who now owns this bag,( who by the way, is jetting off tomorrow to PARIS with her MIEL SATCHEL), is a serious cyclist. so that D ring is for her to clip her reflector or light to when on her bicycle or scooter by night.

i imagine you already know about the CPW philosophy, but in the case that you don't let me just fill you in real quick here. COST PER WEAR. think about it ~ regarding a bag you use on a near daily basis, that takes the cost of your investment rapidly down into the realm penny per day... super fast. 

i am a big believer in the INNER BAG EXPERIENCE. it is one thing to have a great bag that is hot on the outside but a black hole on the inside.  you will feel efficient when using a SITALISA MARIE bag because just as much care and concern is put into designing the inside as the outside. it is for reasons such as this, that my creations are authentic COUTURE. 

the last thing i wanted to say is that good things do come in pairs. above you see a clutch that was designed to go with the QUILTED MIEL... the bag inside of the bag.  these two carry goods are in a healthy open relationship, they can go together or rock out independently.
