i actually had to ask my heart to slow down when i looked at 

mina perhonen's spring 2012 collection.  i think there are some 

japanese designers who's work  invoke such pleasantries. mina

perhonen being one of them.

i have always loved the cozy practicality of the shirt dress.

i love how fog linen work has interpreted this classic for the practically 

minded, hard working, style loving gals out there.

i am really absolutely ~ completely ~ bonkers for triangles.  

years ago it was the circle, now it is the triangle.

so here we have a nod to the mumu, that deconstructed little genius that kids and crones choose adoringly. i am fond of the simple color selection, the way the knees become a focal piece, and how these mumus kind of pronounce "i don't care what the rules are... i'm gonna be comfortable and still be sophisticated - sublime even."

currently freaking for this hair style. what a modern day grecian goddess. i love when there is evidence of all time in a real time style. interior designer lauren soloff is lovely.

alexander mcqueen said that the most seductive part of either a man or a woman's body is the low back... and to drape the jewel across the mystique of the back body ~ good taste i should say.
